At Black River Precision, we don’t believe in fine print. You bought a premium tool, and you deserve premium support.

Here is the deal: If your pistol ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge, for life.

Who is covered? The pistol is covered. We don’t care if you bought it new from us or used from a pawn shop. If it bears the Black River mark, it is our responsibility.

What isn’t covered?

• Modifications: We built this pistol to strict specifications. If anyone other than Black River Precision alters, modifies, or replaces any part of this firearm, the warranty is void. We cannot stand behind work we didn’t do. If you want upgrades or changes, send it to us.
• Neglect: Rust caused by storing it in a damp case isn’t a warranty issue; it’s a maintenance issue. Treat your gear with respect.
• Normal Wear: Finish wear from holstering is a badge of honor. Barrels, springs, and extractors are consumables; eventually, they wear out. We will replace them for a fair price, but they aren’t “defective” just because you shot 50,000 rounds.
